Billy Elliot the Musical composer Elton John, along with the show's Chicago stars Tommy Batchelor, Giuseppe Bausilio, Cesar Corrales and J.P. Viernes, will appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show on April 16. Check local listings for details.

Based on the 2000 film of the same name, the show tells the tale of a young boy with a dream of being a dancer. The show won 10 Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

With music by John and a book and lyrics by Lee Hall, the production has been directed by Stephen Daldry and features choreography by Peter Darling.

The musical is currently playing at Chicago's Ford Center for the Performing Arts in addition to the Imperial Theatre on Broadway.
