Tony Award winner Harriet Harris will play Mrs. Lovett opposite the previously announced Jeff McCarthy as Sweeney Todd in Barrington Stage's production of Sweeney Todd-The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, to run June 17 - July 17, with an opening on June 23. Julianne Boyd will direct the production, which will feature musical direction by Darren R. Cohen.

Harris won her Tony for Thoroughly Modern Millie and is currently appearing on Broadway in Present Laughter. McCarthy's Broadway credits include Urinetown, Side Show, and Beauty and the Beast.
