About This Show

There are many tales about Jack and his Ma in the Appalachian Mountains. In this yarn, after Jack swats seven flies with one blow, he is hired by the King who lives in a log cabin. Jack out-runs the Giant Hog, captures the Unicorn and outwits the Dragon. Of course he still finds time to kick up his heels with the King’s daughter at a barn dance. Colorful shadow puppets inspired by American folk art, live old-time banjo and dulcimer music and a barrel of laughs sends Jack & The Varmints runnin’ down the hollow.
