A hit at both the 2007 Solo Performance Festival and throughout the Canadian Fringe Festival Circuit, Giant Invisible Robot returns to Seattle!
Russel is quite a reserved man — introspective, unobtrusive and painfully shy. As a child he had one true — albeit invisible — friend. But Russel’s friend was a little different from other kids’ imaginary playmates… he was a Giant Invisible Robot programmed to destroy. And, unlike other kids who grow up and abandon their imaginary friends, Russel has managed to maintain his friendship with Robot over the years, forming an indivisible bond… even though Russel is continuously frustrated by Robot’s need to destroy whole cities and Robot must constantly suppress his programming to avoid crushing Russel like an ant.
