About This Show

Winner of the 1999 Pulitzer Prize, Margaret Edson’s Wit is the story of a renowned English scholar diagnosed with terminal cancer. During the course of her illness, and as a patient in an experimental hospital chemotherapy program, she comes to reassess her life and her work. She must come to grips with what she has done with her life and what it has become — accepting what has become of her is the only way she can truly move on.
