Tony Award-winning actress Andrea Martin stars as Dolly Gallagher Levi in Ford’s Theatre’s production of Thornton Wilder’s The Matchmaker.

Three-time Pulitzer Prize-winning Thornton Wilder’s The Matchmaker, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, is the basis for the delightful musical Hello, Dolly!. Highly respected director Mark Lamos, whose credits include Broadway, Off-Broadway, the Metropolitan Opera and the international stage directs this madcap comedy of errors set in the 1880s.
