The Amen Corner

The Amen Corner follows Sister Margaret Alexander, a pious storefront preacher in New York City. When her estranged husband, Luke suddenly reenters her life, she is confronted with her past, the judgment of her congregation and the rebellion of her teenaged son, David. Her sharp-tongued sister Odessa and Sister Boxer, a member of the church, round out the principal cast.
