Leading Ladies

Ford’s Theatre presents Leading Ladies by Ken Ludwig. Leo and Jack, two unemployed Shakespearean actors, accept work in the hinterlands when they cannot find it elsewhere. To make a fast buck, they concoct a scheme to swindle a wealthy, older woman out of her money and pose as her long lost heirs. The fun begins, in something akin to Some Like It Hot, when the thespians realize the woman’s relatives happen to be women. Directed by Mark Rucker.
