Journey from Page-to-Stage Festival

New Play Network’s Journey from Page-to-Stage Festival offers a sneak peek at much of the new work being prepared by area theatres for their upcoming 2002/2003 season. The festival includes a combination of readings of new plays, introductions to DMV New Play Network theatres and their differing approaches to play development, developing the young artist, ways to nurture the playwright, and whether to produce or not to produce. Other events include workshop/dicussions with theater critics, artistic directors, and playwrights.
