Go Dog. Go!

Adapted from P.D. Eastman’s much-loved children’s story, Go, Dog. Go! is a chaotic carnival of music and physical comedy. Kids are gonna howl. Dogs sporting spots and silly hats. Jackhammers: rat-a-tat-tat. Pillow fights: yikes and a bonk. Trampolines: yippee, zoing. zing. And cars–lots and lots of cars going vroom, zoom. Adapted for the stage by Steven Dietz and Allison Gregory. Music by Michael Koerner; Directed by Karin Abromaitis. Adventure Theatre is conducting a community service, Rescue Dog Adoption Day, with the Montgomery County Humane Society’s Mobile Adoption Unit. Come see the play and make friends with the 4-legged kind (you can even take the dog for a walk with the help of a handler). The mobile unit will be parked very close to Adventure Theatre’s entrance. Petco has donated coupons, vaccinations and goodie bag for every family adopting dogs, in addition to a local vet’s discount for spaying or neutering.
