The Fifteen – Minute Hamlet And The Actor’s Nightmare

About the Show

It’s a double bill! In Christopher Durang’s The Actor’s Nightmare, the hapless George Spelvin is living a dream that is common among actors. It’s not the dream of fame and fortune, but that nightmare where you show up on stage and are expected to perform in a show for which you have for some reason never rehearsed and know neither the lines nor the plot. And you’re wearing a ridiculous outfit! The same cast of fourteen students present Tom Stoppard’s The Fifteen – Minute Hamlet, a side-splitting 13-minute version of Shakespeare’s greatest play (followed by a two-minute encore version).
