Grass/Bird/Rodeo

Ann Carlson brings her three-part solo work, accompanied by a string quartet, to Houston with a variety of creative characters. Grass/Bird/Rodeo takes the audience on an emotional journey into longing and memory. The writer/performer appears in a suit made of turf, the feathered finery of a Vegas showgirl, and the chaps and six-shooters of a rodeo rider.

A special dinner with Ann Carlson is held on Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. Tickets ar $75 per person or $600 per table of 10.
