About This Show
The 1936 Edna Ferber/George S. Kaufman Broadway hit Stage Door has not received a local production within recent memory. Ferber and Kaufman inebriated America during the Prohibition 1920s, then made everyone forget the Depression in the 1930s with gales of sophisticated laughter.
There is no Saturday matinee on the first Saturday (September 13), but there are new Wednesday performances on September 24 and October 1, at 7:30.
