About the Show
Join Art Spark Texas for its annual Artist of the Year Awards, celebrating an extraordinary group of Texas artists, advocates, and creative leaders whose work is transforming communities and expanding perceptions of what is possible through the arts. The 2026 celebration centers artists with disabilities in an afternoon ceremony bringing together artists, families, supporters, and community members from across Texas. This year’s honorees are Donna Provencher, Pebbles Wadsworth, Glenn Towery, Rachel Salcido, Penny LeLeux, and Jonah Dillon, recognized for their artistry, advocacy, leadership, and contributions to a more inclusive arts community. Guests will enjoy award presentations, artist spotlights, and inspiring stories celebrating the achievements and impact of this year’s recipients.
