About the Show
The Theater Bug presents Field Day by Playground Director, Nate Eppler. Field Day runs June 12-14, 2025. Performances will be held at the Nashville School of the Arts Roxy Theater, 1250 Foster Avenue, Nashville.
At Derrydale Junior-Senior High School, Field Day isn’t just a friendly competition, it’s a school-sanctioned no-holds-barred battleground with water balloons and matching t-shirts. When the reigning Seniors rig this year's games to protect their legacy, a team of misfit underdogs must unite with their rivals to outthink, outlast, and outplay them in a series of hilariously absurd games. This year, it's not about winning or losing - it’s about learning to stand together.
