Seating is at tables and is pre-assigned per transaction. How do reservations work?

 

If you purchase a table, you will have a reserved table for the number of guests you purchase. If you are attending with friends, this is the best way to ensure you are seated together.

 

If you purchase tickets, you will be assigned that many seats at a table. For example, if you purchase two tickets, you will have two seats reserved at a table. Other guests will be seated with you, according to staff discretion.

 

Light snacks and cash bar are included with ALL tickets – patrons who wish to help subsidize catering cost may choose the "+ catering" ticket option. The "+ catering ticket" is not required to enjoy food and beverages, it is simply a means to help AACA cover the costs associated with providing that added value.

Student Ticket (any person enrolled in any school) – $12.5

Student Ticket + Catering (any student willing to help cover catering costs associated with event) – $17.5

Adult ticket – $17.5

Adult Ticket + Catering (any adult willing to help cover catering costs associated with event) – $22.5
