Join The Chorus of Westerly for a night of holiday music and merriment at their 2021 Christmas Pops Concert!



Please note and read our Christmas Pops COVID-19 Policies and Ticket Exchange Policies

Masks required – All audience attendees (age 2 or older) at The Chorus of Westerly's Christmas Pops performances will be required to wear a facial covering that covers the mouth and nose fully ('mask') for the duration of their time at the concert and inside of the George Kent Performance Hall ('Kent Hall'), regardless of vaccination status. There are no exceptions.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination OR negative COVID-19 test required for entry (no exceptions!) – All audience attendees upon arrival at Kent Hall for the concert will be required to show to the Chorus's designees EITHER proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 (and at least 14 days have passed since the final dose) or proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of arrival OR proof of a negative antigen test taken with 6 hours of arrival. 
Proof of vaccination can be shown in any of the following ways day of the event:
– Your physical vaccination card (front and back and your name)
– A photo on your phone of the front and back of your vaccination card 
– Electronic proof of vaccine/test through the Crush COVID RI app or the Bindle app
– Other proof is at the discretion of management (please contact us at least a week ahead of show with questions).

Proof of tests results day of event can be:
– Shown to us on paper or electronically (your name must be with it) and must be from an official health source or testing agency
– Shown through an official health service portal, Crush COVID RI, or Bindle app (we may require seeing the date and your name/ID)
– Please note, for rapid tests/antigen tests for our audience, home test results will not be accepted. You must have it done at an official testing/health location such as a local pharmacy within 6 hours of your arrival. If you plan to do the antigen test, make sure you get an appointment for the day of the event as soon as you can.
At the event, ANY ticket-holder who fails to show the required proof of vaccination OR negative test results as outlined above OR who refuses to wear a facial covering inside Kent Hall will not be allowed admittance to the performance. Refunds will not be possible. 
Audience Capacity and Performer Note –
The Chorus of Westerly is not reducing audience capacity for social distancing. Please be aware you are attending Christmas Pops and purchasing tickets at your own risk and with full knowledge of the risks of attending an indoor singing event in close contact with others during the current health situation with COVID-19. The singers will be masked for the performance but some of the orchestra members and the conductor might not be for a portion/all of the performance. All of our staff and performers are all subject to their own specific related COVID controls.

COVID-Related/Christmas Pops Exchange Policy – 
Between now and December 1, 2021, if a ticket purchaser wishes a refund of tickets purchased, they may request such refund within 24 hours of their purchase time. After 24 hours from purchase time, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets purchased after December 1 are non-refundable unless the event does not take place. Limited ticket exchange (from one Christmas Pops show to the other) may be possible but is not guaranteed to anyone and subject to availability within the 2021-2022 calendar year. Contact the Box Office to inquire. No exchanges will be possible after December 1. 
Concert week or concert day: If you are sick, displaying COVID-19 symptoms, have been instructed to quarantine, are a COVID-19 close contact, or discover you cannot attend OR you are unvaccinated and cannot get properly tested ahead of the event, please do not come to Kent Hall or Christmas Pops. We cannot give you a refund on your tickets, but you may donate them back to us as a tax-deductible contribution based on how much you paid for the tickets OR you can give the to a friend or family member (be sure they follow the COVID-19 vaccination or testing protocols above). 
All attendees over the age of 2 must have a ticket and their own seat. However, for this year for everyone's safety, we are strongly discouraging the attendance of young children under age 2 at Christmas Pops. Please note we are unable to offer youth or senior discounts available for this event.
Please note that the above details may be revisited or revised based on CDC guidance and the evolving circumstances of the pandemic. If changes do happen, we will be in touch via email as soon as is feasible with all ticket purchasers.
