Oedipus Rex

Scholars from Aristotle onward have called Oedipus Rex a masterpiece of dramatic construction and Sophocles’ finest work. Adopting a post-modernist vision, artistic director Alan Poindexter hopes to introduce audiences to the Greek tragic tradition and reveal contemporary themes.
