Cosmo Lieberman is a Boston based saxophonist/composer. His works extends from free improvisation and abstractions of the Great American Songbook, to contemporary composition. He's deeply interested in synthesizing traditional jazz instrumentation/timbre and improvisational attitudes with possibilities for form, harmony, and sound that extend outside the jazz tradition.
