About the Show
New York City's annual SantaCon. Many residents consider it the worst day of the year. Who among us hasn't been going about their life on a brisk December morning only to realize, with slowly encroaching dread, that there are an unusually high number of Santas about? And in the blink of an eye you are fighting for your life.
The lives of the plastered, the merry, and the not-so-bright converge for an evening of harrowing holiday hell in Daniel Yaiullo’s scathing new comedy, which parodies the infamous yearly event.
After a successful, sold out reading with Richard Kind last year, SantaCon: The Play arrives fully formed this December with a three week run at Theater for the New City. Performances are December 3 through 20 (Thurs-Sat at 8pm, Sun at 3pm) and tickets can be purchased at theaterforthenewcity.net
