Wolfpit

Derived from 12th century chronicles by Ralph of Coggeshall and William of Newburgh, Wolfpit occurs during the reign of King Stephen as harvesters find a boy and a girl beside a deep ash pit, clad in bizarre clothing, crying out in an unknown language and covered in green skin. Glyn Maxwell’s play explores the range of human reactions to people who are different. Mark Lord directs.
