A snootyhick production presents WigShoppe.
After a successful run this past summer in the 2002 New York City Fringe Festival, co-writers and co-stars, Caitlin Barton and Jamie Melser are bringing back a new and improved version of the critically acclaimed show. Richard Hinojosa directs.

Peggy (Jamie Melser) a soap opera watching, former Miss Teen Kentucky contestant and Fannie (Caitlin Barton) a Brit, naïve, hopeful wig designer are two very different personalities thrown together in Patsy’s WigShoppe located in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Throughout the show, the ladies also portray a variety of hilarious characters that wander into the shoppe: perverted old men, cross-dressing cops, Spanish Divas, wanna-be socialites and chatty neighbors.

Please note that there is no Wednesday performance the first week of the show’s run.
