What’s Inside the Egg?

Eggs bear strange fruit in Lake Simon’s exploration of mortality. Twelve puppets come to life when a band of gypsy chickens camp out under an old woman’s dinner table. These mischievous gypsies are the catalysts for the woman’s confrontation of her past and her journey into her future.
