About This Show

Ubiquitous television personality Bobby Rivers brings a wealth of varied and madcap experiences to the stage in a solo evening entitled We Can’t All Be Matt Lauer or Bobby Rivers’ Misadventures in Broadcasting. The show is the author’s funny, outrageous and sometimes touching journey of a life chronicled by stints on television shows such as Good Day New York, Weekend Today in New York, and as one of the original veejays on VH-1. Rivers confims what we all suspect — what happens off-camera can be more entertaining than what happens on the air. Matt Lenz directs.
