The Abrons Arts Center presents The Night Kitchen Radio Theater in a new series of original radio adaptations of well-known classics. Acclaimed for resurrecting the spirit of Orson Welles’s “Mercury Theater on the Air,” The Night Kitchen Radio Theater is distinguished for adapting and performing its broadcasts with a decidedly contemporary twist. Each evening promises star-studded casts, musical scores by noted composers including Philip Glass, and sound effects by renowned sound designer Bob Bielecki. The shows air on the XM Satellite Radio Network.
