The Shock Troupe Theater Company presents The Emergency Cabaret.
The Shock Troupe was founded in 1997 as an offshoot of The New York Play Development Workshop. Under the banner of The Emergency Cabaret they have produced dozens of shows, which are originally written works from emerging playwrights along with a focus on strong ensemble casts, directors and technical staff.
The Emergency Cabaret is a full two hours of sketch comedy vignettes, which includes live music by some of the best young musicians in New York. This installment features the comedy of Carol Brooks and new sketches from Rob Grace from Studio 42, Danielle Haymes and Michael Moses Co- Executive Producers of The Shock Troupe and Brian Snapp from Feed the Herd Theater Company.
