About This Show

When one thinks about sexual dysfunction, one normally thinks of elderly men. The Chi discusses the unmentionable–sexual dysfunction in a 19-year-old. Gian DiDonna’s play is set in Brooklyn in the not too distant past. The 19-year-old in question is obsessed with boxing and Buddhism. He turns both his best friend and his girlfriend into accomplices of his desperate but failing efforts to transcend space and time. Ron Russell directs.
