Flesh and Bone Productions presents Matthew Hancock’s Tango ’til They’re Sore at the Flea, which revolves around the residents of a small Finnish town and their endless obsession with the tango. Oleg, a light-bulb factory worker, cannot tango as he, in his own words, “gets lost in the music.” Oleg’s true fascination is not so much dancing, but the beautiful icon Selda, a young woman who grows tired of her status as Finland’s reigning “Queen of the Tango.” When disaster strikes, the whole town is affected, and Oleg sets off on a journey to find happiness. William Savage directs.
