Emerging Serbian choreographer Sasa Asentic probes what it means to be contemporary – personally and publicly – in his solo My private bio-politics. Beginning as an investigation of how dance is experienced in transient Eastern European cultures, the work has grown into an actual dialogue with the audience debating the global expectations of a performing body.
