About This Show

Manhattan Oracles is a playwright-run workshop that focuses on the development of new plays. Third in the Manhattan Oracles popular reading series, Recent Developments II features:

Surgery by Karin Diann Williams, directed by Stuart Hynson Culpepper: Tragi-comic exploration of a young bride’s search for her birth parents, her roots and her identity.

Strangers by Brian Quirk, directed by Greig Sargeant: An edgy solo performance piece examining the disconnect between who we really are and how we want to be seen.

Feathers Fly by Robin Rice Lichtig, directed by Daedra Kaehler: Hawks vs Humans, Zahn vs MTM, Haves vs Have-nots in Upper Eastside squatting rights battle.
