About This Show

This world premiere drama with a little bit of comedy takes place over a few days in the life of the devil. Out of the Flames tackles the story of Delcio, one of the many guises of the Devil. It tells of his trials and tribulations on earth and his ultimate search for forgiveness and acceptance in a world where evil is a universal scapegoat.

In the story, Delcio decends upon the earth to find love and acceptance and in his travels meets a myriad of characters along the way, which help to shape his journey, teaching us all that that there truly is more than what meets the eye. A tale of love, loss and redemption — ultimately posing the question, Can we ever truly forgive Satan? Asking again, did the DEVIL really make you do it?

Out of the Flames is presented as part of the 8th Annual Midtown International Theatre Festival.
