About This Show

After a run at the Lower East Side hot spot The Piano Store, Orgasmo moves uptown. Nobel Prize-winner Dario Fo and co-author Franca Rame’s play places “man” at its narrative center, invisible and silent. “Woman” is placed center stage, well lit and ready to be heard. The show was originally written for the Italian Women’s Movement in 1977.
