About This Show

Manigma, a new solo work created and performed by Michael Aronov, is a hilarious 80-minute thrill ride to six surprising – and sometimes shocking – sides of one man’s personality: the saucy cabaret performer searching for artistic success; the Russian immigrant hungry for a companion, but stuck in his ways; the introverted penny collector who misses his mom; the thug from the streets who demands a revolt; the vulnerable southerner hunting for courage; and the uninhibited wild man who urges us to abandon our responsibilities and live life to its fullest. These six rare lives try to change the world and sometimes themselves – confirming that no one is solely one thing.
