About This Show

New York’s newest Off-Off Broadway company, Lynx Ensemble Theater, presents it’s first production, Christopher Durang’s Laughing Wild, under the direction of Leisl Tommy.

The comedy concerns two people who fear each other to the point of being hilariously debilitated by the other’s existence. Laughing Wild presents a factual setting–a Republican administration promoting abstinence, focused upon national security, and unconcerned about the environment–which provides a fascinating political bridge from Reagan’s America to the current state of the union under George W. Bush.

Tickets to the Friday, October 17 performance
include a post show reception at Zanzibar on 44th Street in Manhattan for an
additional $10.

There is a special matinee performance Sunday, October 19 at 2:00 p.m. It includes Post Show Talk Back with Cast and Director.
