About This Show

Playwright Arthur Sanier crosses Shakespeare’s, THE MERCHANT OF VENICE with his own views on Judaism & Christianity. Mr. Sanie’s plot changes have Shylock’s daughter Jessica converting to Christianity and creates dissentious views on Shylock, Antonio, Portia and everyone else who lived in Venice. This original and insightful play brings real resonance to the discussion of what religion really stands for.
