In My Dreams is a son’s passage through his mother’s illness in the last two weeks of her life. Through a maze of the past, he confronts his relationship to her as a gay man and tries to gives credence to his own life, with and without her. Told in both the present and in flashback, this play is a journey through memories, dreams and what has become a gruesome present. It’s about all our choices in life, and how they reside in us, how we house them and ultimately, how we accept them. This is a new play written and directed by Jeff Seabaugh.
