In a Newark Minute, Peace of Mind, and Skinless and Boneless

The Theatre-Studio, Inc. Playtime Series presents In a Newark Minute, Peace of Mind, and Skinless and Boneless, three one act plays by David Lohrey. In the first play, a California businessman while on a visit to New York learns the hard way that con artists come in all shapes and sizes. The second one-act centers around the founding member of the War Widows League, who causes havoc when she wanders in on a lecture given at the local church by a special guest from the Pentagon. Rounding out the evening is a short play about two old geezers who have trouble adjusting to the death of an old friend when they return to their favorite deli for the first time since his funeral.
