I Have Loved Strangers (Summerworks 2006)

Johanna McKeon directs Anne Washburn’s I Have Loved Strangers as part of the Clubbed Thumb Summerworks 2006. Inspired by the Book of Jeremiah, and the exploits of the Weather Underground, I Have Loved Strangers is a play about true prophets, false prophets, non prophets, cockatrices, and lions all battling for the salvation of Ancient New York.
