Hester Prynne at Death

The 92nd Street Y Tisch Center for the Arts presents the world premiere of Hester Prynne at Death, a chamber opera based on The Scarlet Letter, Nathaniel Hawthorne’s classic novel about a Puritan community’s response to an adulteress and her illegitimate child.
