Haters High

Created from interviews with several dozen high school students from across America, this musical examines the language and lives of youth through a Hip-Hop lens. The emerging story is one that millions of high school students face everyday in America — identity crises, economic uncertainty, violence, teenage pregnancy and perseverance. This staged reading of Haters High, by Robert O’Hara, is presented as part of the NYC Hip-Hop Theater Festival.
