About This Show

Harry Consumed is a provocative, witty and at times disturbing tale of a married couple experiencing fertility problems. Over dinner at an Italian restaurant, served to them by a handsome young waiter, Harry and Laura discuss what bonds them – from their surrogates (his best friend and her sister) to the existential issue of Harry?s very essence. In dialog that is sharp, droll and sophisticated, we discover how they play out their respective masculine/feminine roles and how they filter and distort their views of each other, and, ultimately, their own humanity. As the balance of power begins to shift and breakdown, their spiraling despair leads to a sexually manipulative ploy to draw the waiter into their world.
Boz and the Bard Productions, Inc. is proud to present the premiere of this exciting new work by Warren Green.
