Spellbound Theatreworks turns the classic musical Hair on its ear, exploring the darker side of the Tribe and its members. Were the 1960’s as happy and fun-loving as they are remembered? What world events and situations led the members of the Tribe to their desire for an altered state? What happens when they are forced to come to terms with their decisions? The production is directed by Spellbound’s artistic director, Genevieve Williams, with musical direction by Jack Aaronson.
