About the Show

Steph Mnookin and Eliot Laurence’s tone is chipper, informative, and easygoing, but their lives are full of contradictions. They are ambiguously married, Eliot is gay (sometimes), and Steph has a whole other family in Lansing, Michigan. As the show progresses, we slowly learn that they drink too much, they argue, they swear, and are extremely narcissistic. They worship Jane Seymour and consider everyone fat — even the Pope and dogs. Their information is often painfully obvious and/or wrong, but there is something winning about their idiocy. Underwear dancebreaks and demonstrations of “Airplane yoga” punctuate their sunny delivery of misinformation in Guile: Enjoy It!.
