The Blunt Theater Company presents its 4th annual Garden Theater Festival, featuring Jack Richardson’s The Prodigal and Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. First produced in 1960, Richardson’s play tells the story of Agamemnon’s return from the Trojan War and Orestes’ reluctance to accept his fate of avenging his father’s murder. Romeo and Juliet is set in postwar Baghdad and incorporates Muslim and Middle Eastern culture, music, and dance.
The performance on Saturday, June 21 begins at 2:00pm.
