About the Show
In its sixth year, Evening Stars is New York City’s largest free outdoor dance festival, and one of the most anticipated dance events of the season. This season LMCC (Lower Manhattan Cultural Council) and The Joyce Theater team up to present an ecclectic showcase of the world’s premier dance companies including Savion Glover, MOMIX, American Ballet Theatre, Paul Taylor Dance Company and the Chinese Folk Dance Company.
