In other news, the oceans belch plastic waste, wildfires blaze across the east, the Southland enters its nineteenth day of record-breaking heat, unemployment’s shamefully high, and somewhere in the ether, two disembodied voices sing a lonesome lullaby… Before next Monday, June will fall helplessly in love, shaking her world to its core.
