Edgar Oliver, the self-proclaimed Poe of East Tenth Street will present his newest poetry play, The Drowning Pages. This piece, a portal to Oliver’s mind is a haunted house at a fair. Lured there by a series of strange incidents, he is cast upon a sea of self-examination and fright. The fair contains a freak show of people twisted by their own desires. In the haunted house are actually several mad women, one played by Catherine Montbertrand and one by pop singer Deborah Harry, who embody the way desire crawled into young Edgar.
