About This Show

Robin Brownfield’s and Ken Kurland’s controversial new musical, Delilah, tells the story of Samson and Delilah from Delilah’s point of view. The sung-through musical, with book and lyrics by Brownfield and music by Kurland, addresses how God and religion are used to justify oppression and terrorism by all sides. Set in the Middle East during Biblical times, the story draws parallels between events thousands of years ago, and those of today.

Part of the Fifth Annual Midtown International Theatre Festival.
