About This Show

A small town woman is staring down the barrel of what appears to be the rest of her life and at all cost, she wants out. Blood Turnip tells the story of a twenty-nine year old woman, Beverly, who decides she wants out of her life the exact same moment she discovers she’s about to give it. Beverly finds herself trapped, alienated but extremely willful, refusing to be a victim of complacency. Blood Turnip is presented as part of the 2007 New York Frigid Festival.
