About This Show

International Fringe festival- FringeNYC. The dark comedy, written by Linda Manning, will be directed by Katherine M. Carter.

Bite The Apple imagines the world of Grimm’s fairytale heroines some twenty years since their “happily ever after.” Cinderella is in a loveless, childless marriage, Snow White has too many kids, and poor Red Riding Hood can’t seem to drag herself away from the leering eyes of the wolf. Tasked with finally growing up, these women enter on a journey that requires them to unburden themselves from their fairytale past.
